360 Tumble and Gymnastics has developed and put in place the following COVID-19 policies and procedures.
These are subject to change and will be modified as needed as we progress through
the current situation.

- No one is allowed into the building that has symptoms of, been diagnosed with, or has come into contact with COVID-19.

- Any 360 staff member that feels they are sick or MIGHT be sick will be told to stay home. We trust that parents will follow this same rule with their children.

- Separate and designated entrances and exits will be utilized to limit congestion.

- 360 staff will be following State and/or National Covid -19 guidelines during this transition. Temperature checks may be done depending upon current guidelines. Anyone with a temperature above 100 will not be allowed to enter the premises.

- Anyone entering the building will be required to use hand sanitizer.  We will provide it upon exit as well. Please feel free to provide your athlete with their personal bottle of sanitizer.

- We will have VERY limited seating in the viewing room in order to comply with social distancing guidelines. Please do not move the viewing room chairs as they are placed 6 feet apart.  We strongly encourage dropping off.  We are limiting viewing to only one parent (or adult) and no siblings during class times. If the limited spaces in the viewing room are taken, we ask that you view from the outside through the windows as weather permits.

- Class times have been staggered all throughout the day to have an extremely limited number of athletes in the gym. Staff members have been added to manage classes and to ensure safe, productive classes while maintaining social distance.

- Until further notice, coaches will be doing limited spotting. The restrictions that are in place do not allow for that kind of close contact currently. We will be utilizing circuits, drills, verbal instruction, and mats in our training.  As always, safety is our top priority and that will not be compromised. We will not ask an athlete to perform a skill that is not safe or that he or she is not prepared to perform without a spot. This change is an adjustment for our kids and our coaches.

- All athletes will need to bring a clearly labeled bag that will stay with them while they are in class. This bag will be utilized to store their personal water bottle, shoes, and hand sanitizer. We will have designated areas at each area/event for storing the bags that are 6 feet apart. They will need enough water to last for the duration of class and enough room in their bag for their shoes. This requirement is for students in the main gym. At this time, all water fountains, lockers, and shoe cubbies will not be used.

- Mats and equipment that are being used during class will be sanitized in between classes.

- Athletes and coaches may wear a protective mask if they choose. Social distancing is still required regardless of a mask at this time.

Tuition payments will all be made online in order to limit close interactions with our office staff. Our new parent portal will allow this to be a easy, safe, efficient process.
